Visto il target a cui si riferisce, spiccatamente overclocker, è stato particolarmente curato il raffreddamento dei vari componenti. I mosfet sono raffreddati con un sistema ad heat pipe appositamente progettato da Thermalright, facilmente rimovibile per consentire il montaggio di sistemi di terze parti, anche a liquido.
