Jetway HD Radeon HD 2900XT
Jetaway was founded in 1986 in Taiwan. Born as motherboards builder, in the last years extended its production to video cards, barebones, lcd and digital consumer products. The card arrived in our laboratories is a Radeon HD 2900 XT retail version, like the ones that you can find in all shops.
The card is well realized, the constructive quality is very good and every little particular is cured.
Here we have a particular of the frontal grid, where we can see the two video connectors and the exhausts for hot air arriving from the cooling system.
The fan is enough silent in normal use, but in game sessions it becomes more noisy. The Radeon HD2900 XT is really a hot card.
The air coming out from the grid is really hot: we measured 70°C, this means that the 2900 makes a great quantity of heat, in great part from the graphic chip.
